Tensorcom is developing the most advanced ultra-low power radio technology in the wireless marketplace and Tensorcom’s RF/Analog and Mixed Signal IC Design Team is actively seeking energetic and enthusiastic Analog/Mixed Signal designers.

Opportunities for exceptional Analog/Mixed Signal engineers to implement complex Analog/Mixed Signal IC designs for wireless connectivity applications using the latest EDA tools and methodologies. Work in a start-up team environment with aggressive schedule, chip power consumption and area targets.
Skills/Experience - In-depth understanding of Analog/Mixed Signal circuit design, EDA design tools and simulators, and IC layout design, techniques, and verification methodologies.
- Expertise in Analog transistor-level and digital design in deep sub-micron (65/45nm) CMOS.
- Circuits of interest are high speed ADC/DAC, Analog circuit blocks such as AGC (Automatic Gain Control) VGA (Variable Gain amplifier), and Continuous-Time Filters.
- Low voltage and low power design techniques are critical.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of 60 GHz or UWB is a plus.
- Knowledge of Wireless Connectivity is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
Education Requirements Master’s in Electrical Engineering is required.
PhD in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
